Mr. Duffey joined the firm in 1998.  He received his law degree from Columbia Law School in 1998 where he served as an editor of the Columbia Law Review.  He received a Master of Philosophy in English Literature from Columbia University in 2001, and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in English Literature from Yale University in 1989.  From 1998-1999, Mr. Duffey took a leave of absence from the firm to clerk for the Honorable Diana Gribbon Motz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  He was born in Park Ridge, Illinois.
