Mr. Greene joined the firm in 1996 and became a partner in 2005. He received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1991 and his undergraduate degree, with honors, in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 1987. Mr. Greene has extensive experience negotiating multifaceted labor agreements, particularly in the entertainment industry; handling complex federal civil litigation; and counseling ERISA funds in a full array of issues concerning statutory and regulatory compliance; and representing institutional creditors (ERISA funds and labor organizations) in bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Greene represents a variety of the firm’s clients, and serves as a National Counsel to the American Guild of Variety Artists. Prior to joining the firm, he served as General Counsel to Local 810 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Mr. Greene was born in Brooklyn, New York.
